as contagion
laughter overcomes
the rebel who dies
for sophia's sake

the blood is flesh
no longer heated
with spark re sigh
blue built inside

worn witness does flee
for wickedness wills
cowardice caress

how now might we pray
to heal your great hurt
with trust for the babes?

life come upon you
through kristos returned?

find quiet at last

as proper bridegrooms
